Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Battery Cell Technology Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing battery cell technology, conducting thermal electrochemical analysis, and optimizing HV battery systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Battery Cell Technology: You will have hands-on experience working with cutting-edge technologies that support high-performance batteries.
  • Thermal, Electrical & Electrochemical Analysis: You will use your knowledge of heat transfer principles to determine optimal operating temperatures within these complex electrical devices.
  • HV Batteries Systems Optimization: We are looking for someone who can take charge when it comes time to optimize hybrid vehicle powertrains by utilizing data-driven approaches as well as testing and simulation methodologies.

The ideal candidate should possess expertise in the following areas:

  1. Battery Cell Technology
  2. Thermal, Electrical & Electrochemical Analysis
  3. HV Batteries Systems Optimization
Salary & Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary of £50k per annum, plus a pension, bonus, and private medical benefits.

We also provide a hybrid working arrangement, which allows our employees to work from home and come into the office as needed.
