Project Manager
Siemens Energy is seeking an experienced and passionate Project Manager to join our Onshore Distributed Projects team in Lincoln, England, GB. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for delivering service project scopes to a range of clients in the rotating equipment industry.
You will work closely with the Sales function to develop opportunities and manage key clients, while ensuring that all projects are technically and commercially successful. This is an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact and deliver first-class customer service in the energy sector.
A Snapshot of Your Day
As a Project Manager, you will act as the focal point for all issues concerning Siemens Energy rotating equipment and associated plant. You will ensure that project delivery aligns with contract obligations and drive customer satisfaction through ownership and entrepreneurship.
Your responsibilities will include planning and overseeing all outages, coordinating unscheduled maintenance activities, and briefing personnel traveling to customer sites. Additionally, you will be commercially responsible for projects and customer accounts, maximizing profitability through scope and risk management.
Your Profile
To succeed in this role, you must be passionate about energy and customer service. A prior Customer Management role is essential, and you should have a proven track record in project management and delivery.
Excellent listening and communication skills are crucial, as well as the ability to work under pressure and deliver results. You should be commercially and customer-focused, with attention to detail and a strong commitment to safety at work.
