Role Summary:
We are looking for a skilled and enthusiastic HLTA to join our team in Leeds. As an HLTA, you will play a vital role in supporting the teaching and learning of children in English, working closely with colleagues to develop and implement effective lesson plans.

Key Responsibilities:
* Provide high-quality support to teachers in English
* Deliver small group interventions to support children's learning
* Assist with planning and preparation of lessons and resources
* Collaborate with colleagues to identify and address areas of concern or weakness in children's learning

Requirements:
* A Level 3 qualification in Teaching Assistant or equivalent
* Experience of working with children in English (ages 5-11)
* Strong understanding of the National Curriculum and assessment frameworks
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
