Carr Gomm's Tarbert Care at Home service provides support to individuals in their own homes, helping them to lead a good quality of life. As a Support Practitioner, you will work with vulnerable people to sustain, recover, or manage their health, skills, and abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support individuals with daily life routines, as per their support plan
  • Assist with meal preparation, medication administration, and personal care
  • Work collaboratively with individuals to achieve their goals and aspirations

Requirements:

  • Eligibility to work in the UK or ability to apply for a visa granting permission to work in the UK
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
