About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Catering Engineer to join our team, providing expert support in refrigeration and air conditioning systems installation, maintenance, and repair. With a focus on delivering high-quality results, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our clients receive exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Installing, servicing, and repairing commercial kitchen equipment, focusing on refrigeration units and air conditioning systems.
  • Diagnosing technical issues and implementing efficient solutions to minimise downtime.
  • Conducting routine maintenance to ensure systems operate safely and effectively.
  • Installing new systems according to client specifications and adhering to industry standards.
  • Maintaining health and safety compliance throughout all work processes.
  • Providing professional and responsive customer service, addressing client concerns and service needs efficiently.
  • Offering advice on equipment use and maintenance procedures.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  1. Proven experience as a Catering Engineer or in a similar role with refrigeration and air conditioning systems.
  2. Electrical or Gas Certification is advantageous.
  3. Technical proficiency in troubleshooting and maintaining refrigeration units.
  4. The ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
  5. A valid driver's licence for travel to client locations.
  6. Residency in Kent or the South East region is preferred.
