Job Title: Behavioural Support Assistant for Secondary Schools

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Behavioural Support Assistant to join our team at Supply Desk. As a Behavioural Support Assistant, you will work closely with teachers and other support staff to provide individualized support to pupils with SEMH needs.

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide 1:1 and small group support to pupils with SEMH needs
* Work closely with teachers to develop and implement behaviour plans
* Support pupils in developing positive relationships and behaviours
* Collaborate with other support staff to ensure a cohesive approach to pupil support

Requirements:

* Experience working with pupils with SEMH needs
* Ability to work effectively in a team
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to adapt to changing situations and priorities
