About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Team Leader to join our residential care team. As a Team Leader, you will play a vital role in providing support and guidance to our young people, helping them to achieve their full potential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the care home, ensuring a safe and supportive environment for our young people.
  • Develop and implement individual care plans, working closely with our young people and their families to meet their unique needs.
  • Lead by example, demonstrating high standards of professionalism and empathy in all interactions with our young people and colleagues.
  • Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive support and guidance to our young people.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
