Procurement Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Procurement Lead to join our team at Kier Group, responsible for the procurement and management of our new 7-year framework with Southern Water.
This is a permanent, full-time position with flexible and part-time hours available. As a Procurement Lead, you will be working closely with our team to source, negotiate, and govern the procurement of goods and subcontractors.
Key responsibilities include:
- Ensuring compliance with Kier Group's procurement policies and the framework's procurement strategy.
- Developing and implementing procurement models to analyze buy versus build and direct employment versus subcontracting delivery.
- Collaborating with Sustainability, Carbon, and Environmental Leads to ensure alignment of Kier Group's strategies throughout the supply chain.
- Working with the Head of Supply Chain to drive the strategic plan for the business unit at the framework level.
- Establishing framework agreements with suppliers and subcontractors to deliver best value for all parties.
