Harris Lord Recruitment is a leading recruitment agency specializing in financial services and compliance roles. We are seeking an experienced Regulatory Compliance Manager to join our team.

**Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly skilled Regulatory Compliance Manager to oversee our compliance procedures, manage our Llyod's Binder, and provide IT management support. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in compliance, administration, and operations at a management level, with a proven track record of success in a regulated financial services environment.

**Key Responsibilities:

  • Compliance Liaison: Work closely with external Compliance function to monitor compliance procedures, conduct monthly attestations, and support audit processes.
  • Llyod's Binder Administration: Maintain ongoing communication with the underwriter.
  • IT Management: Oversee systems including BACS, LAN, and the company's administration database with IT provider.
  • Claims Administration: Serve as the liaison between policyholders, brokers, and underwriters.
  • Human Resources: Manage training, appraisals, and various HR policies.
  • Customer Communication: Oversee annual customer mailings, coordinate with printers, and secure regulatory approvals.
  • General Office Management: Oversee day-to-day office operations and staff management.

**Requirements:

  • Proven experience in compliance, administration, and operations at a management level.
  • Desirable background within an FCA and/or highly regulated environments.
  • Advanced skills in Excel (or similar software) and data analysis.
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills.
  • Deep understanding of Conduct Risk and Treating Customers Fairly principles.
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience.

**What We Offer:

  • Competitive salary of up to £55k pro rata (higher for candidates with strong FCA/Compliance background).
  • Free company parking provided.

  • Working hours: 9am - 5pm.
  • 4 days per week – Mon – Thurs or Tues -Fri.
