Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead the development and implementation of comprehensive planning strategies for urban projects, ensuring alignment with our company's vision and goals.
  2. Conduct research, analysis, and feasibility studies to support planning initiatives, staying up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including architects, engineers, and government officials, to ensure project success and foster positive relationships with community stakeholders.
  4. Engage with community stakeholders to gather input and feedback, ensuring that their needs and concerns are addressed in the planning process.
  5. Stay abreast of industry trends, regulations, and best practices to inform planning decisions and ensure that our company remains at the forefront of urban planning.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Urban Planning, Architecture, Geography, or a related field.
  2. Experience in urban planning or a related field, with a focus on project management and strategic planning.
  3. Strong knowledge of urban planning principles, zoning regulations, and environmental policies.
  4. Proficiency in GIS, CAD, and other planning software preferred.
