Facilities Maintenance Specialist

MMP Consultancy is a leading provider of technical services to the housing sector. We are currently seeking a highly skilled Building Surveyor to join our team based in Derby.
Job DescriptionKey Responsibilities:- Conduct surveys of properties to identify maintenance needs and develop repair programs.
- Compile and submit reports on maintenance activities, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
- Establish relationships with contractors and suppliers to procure works efficiently.
- Provide technical support to staff and stakeholders, including training and guidance on maintenance procedures.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including dates, observations, and instructions.
- Experience in building surveying and maintenance management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of maintenance management principles and practices, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment. The role offers a competitive salary of £37,938 per annum, plus benefits.
