Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Learning Program Manager to lead the development and implementation of event delivery models and planning strategy for our global clients. This is an onsite role based at our client's office in Central London.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide strategic and consultative management to direct regional teams and global project teams.
  • Own the end-to-end management of program lifecycles and be the key contact and decision maker pre, during, and post event delivery.
  • Cascade and implement program team objectives, goals, and timelines, ensuring teams' ways of working and project/program delivery processes are delivered accordingly.
  • Implement global and regional ways of working, policies, procedures, and processes to ensure collaboration and reduce siloed behavior within direct reporting teams and project teams.
  • Manage event project plans and budgets, efficiently planning events within budget and tight time constraints.
  • Manage and allocate project work tasks to the wider team, ensuring achievement of deadlines stipulated by the client to deliver program objectives.
  • Work with other program managers to identify, resolve, and escalate risks with internal management and key customer stakeholders, focusing on implementing changes to processes and ways of working to mitigate future repeats.
  • Support the Global Learning Events Team Manager in reviewing and improving operational workflows, policies, procedures, processes, ways of working, guidelines, and other business-related documents to advance processing speed, quality of work, and learner experience.
  • Promote a team climate that values accountability, 360-degree feedback, and transparency, as well as a culture that encourages shared learning and professional development.
