About the Role
Are you a motivated and organized individual looking for a challenging role in engineering planning?

We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Coordinator to join our team at Northwood. As a key member of our engineering department, you will be responsible for building and communicating weekly and monthly maintenance schedules to ensure the completion of planned maintenance activities, ad-hoc repairs, and statutory inspections.

Key Responsibilities:
* Use of CMMs system to prioritize work requests and plan effectively
* Issue work orders to teams and monitor progress against tasks
* Produce weekly plans in advance for engineering resources
* Plan all work and resources on a day-to-day basis and for planned maintenance outages
* Collaborate with mechanical and electrical engineering managers to ensure safe execution of tasks

Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 per annum depending on experience
