Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Gate Engineer/Automatic Door Engineer to join our team at Jark - Stevenage. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our industrial door systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Install, maintain, and repair industrial door systems, including automatic doors, gates, and barriers.
  • Conduct regular site visits to ensure all door systems are functioning correctly and make any necessary adjustments or repairs.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to colleagues and clients on door system operation and maintenance.
  • Collaborate with our operations team to identify and implement process improvements.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in gate engineering or automatic door installation and maintenance.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces.
  • Valid driving license and ability to travel to client sites.
