Airport Asset Manager

As we embark on an exciting new phase, we seek an experienced professional to join our team as an Asset Manager.

Reporting to our Head of Assets, you will be responsible for managing our airport's assets, ensuring their optimal performance, and maintaining a high level of service delivery.

Your primary focus will be on developing and implementing asset management strategies, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and driving process improvements.

We are looking for someone with exceptional leadership skills, a strong background in asset management, and experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

1. Develop and implement effective asset management strategies to maximize asset utilization and minimize downtime.
2. Lead cross-functional teams to deliver projects and initiatives that improve asset performance and efficiency.
3. Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize asset maintenance needs, ensuring timely completion and within budget.
4. Analyze data to inform decision-making, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to drive results.

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., engineering, business administration).
• Minimum 5 years of experience in asset management or a related field, preferably in aviation or logistics.
• Proven track record of success in leading teams and driving process improvements.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions.

We offer a competitive salary range of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits including:
