About the Role

The Deputy Club Leader will assist the Club Leader in delivering twice-weekly club sessions for adults with learning disabilities and additional needs in Bath. This role requires building strong relationships with the Club Leader, volunteers, and members, ensuring a safe and enjoyable environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the Club Leader in planning and delivering club sessions
  • Provide cover in the event of the Club Leader's absence
  • Develop and maintain good working relationships with volunteers and members
  • Contribute to the overall well-being and engagement of club members

Requirements

We are seeking an individual with a passion for supporting vulnerable adults, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to work independently. Experience of working with people with learning disabilities is essential, as is the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and members.
