Join Our Team as a Senior Care Assistant

Penrose Court Care Home is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Senior Care Assistant to join our team. As a Senior Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care and support to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality care and support to residents, promoting independence and dignity
  • Assist with daily living tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and medication management
  • Support residents with their personal care needs, including toileting and mobility
  • Engage with residents in activities and hobbies, promoting social interaction and well-being
  • Work collaboratively with the care team to ensure seamless care delivery

What We Offer:

  • A competitive hourly rate of £12.44
  • A 44-hour contracted week, with flexible shift patterns

Requirements:

  • NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care (or equivalent)
  • Experience in a care setting, with a passion for delivering high-quality care

  • Able to work collaboratively as part of a team
