About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Innovation and Luxury Packaging Lead to join our team at Pernod Ricard. As a key member of our Manufacturing New Product Development (NPD) team, you will be responsible for driving the development and implementation of innovation and complex luxury packaging and technologies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project manage Breakthrough and Core Innovation projects, including identifying risks and required mitigations, monitoring financial costs, and managing post-project reviews.
- Apply design for manufacturing principles to all innovations and actively support the drive towards group sustainability targets.
- Develop the Innovation process, linking in the Innovation Team, Regional Innovation Hubs, and Brand Teams.
- Liaise with the Innovation Team on breakthrough innovation to ensure smooth introduction of new materials and technologies.
About You:
We are looking for a commercially aware individual with experience in creating and leading cross-functional teams and excellent project management skills. You will have a degree in a relevant subject or equivalent industry experience, and a detailed knowledge of project governance processes, manufacturing, and supply chain processes, and packaging.
