Job Role and ResponsibilitiesWe are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Graduate Cover Supervisors to work across secondary schools in Shropshire. As a Graduate Cover Supervisor, you will have the opportunity to gain valuable experience in education while making a positive impact on students' learning.
- Cover lessons in the absence of the regular teacher, ensuring a positive and productive learning environment.
- Manage classroom behavior and ensure students stay on task during lessons.
- Follow the provided lesson plans and provide support to students as needed.
- Build positive relationships with students and staff.
- Communicate effectively with teaching staff and school leaders.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A degree in any discipline (recent graduates are encouraged to apply).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
