About the Role

As a Christmas Support Team Member, you will play a vital role in helping us prepare for the busiest time of the year. You will be part of our temporary team working primarily in stock teams, processing products to ensure they are beautifully presented and available to our customers.

This is a flexible job opportunity that may involve working Christmas Eve, our first day of Sale on Friday 27th December, and possibly Saturday 28th December. We require individuals who are willing to go above and beyond to deliver excellent customer service and support their colleagues during this peak period.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process stock quickly and accurately, including scanning, unpacking, hanging, size cubing, and putting stock away.
  • Locate, pack, and transfer stock in and out of store efficiently.
  • Meet deadlines to deliver stock to customers at the promised time.
  • Keep operational areas of the store clean, tidy, and organized.
  • Work across different areas of the store as needed, including sales floors, to offer fast and friendly service.
  • Support and effectively communicate with customers, colleagues, and managers at all times.
About You

We are looking for individuals who possess excellent communication skills, are calm under pressure, and can work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. You should be flexible, supportive, and willing to take ownership of your tasks to achieve performance targets.

A strong sense of pride in your work and a willingness to adapt to changing priorities are essential qualities for this role. If you enjoy working in a dynamic environment and are eager to contribute to the success of our team, we encourage you to apply.

What's Next

To join our team, you will need to complete an online assessment, which includes a Working with Numbers Assessment and a Retail Scenarios Assessment. Once you have successfully completed these assessments, our in-store recruitment team will review your application and contact you for an initial interview.
