Administrative Support Specialist

**About the Role:**
We are looking for an experienced Office Administrator/Coordinator to join our team in the Southern Water Framework office located in Brighton. This is an exciting opportunity to work on some of the UK's most exciting projects while gaining stability and realizing long-held career goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- To ensure compliance with all company safety, environmental, and quality systems.
- Complete contract documentation with the help of the project team, ensuring formatting of forms and that documents are filled on the system in the correct place.
- Take an active role in the team and office events, including charity events, supplier events, social events, and client events.
About Galliford Try Group:
We are a leading principal contractor in the UK, offering a range of benefits and opportunities for our employees. Our salary for this position is £32,000 - £42,000 per annum, depending on experience.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft packages, Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
- Excellent communication skills (email/phone/face to face).
