Key Responsibilities- Team Management: Supervise and motivate the bar team to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales targets.
- Customer Service: Ensure that all customers receive a high-quality experience, responding to feedback and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
- Operations: Assist the General Manager in the management of the bar, including inventory management, stock control, and cash handling.
- Training and Development: Participate in training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge, and contribute to the development of the team.
- Communication: Maintain effective communication with the management team, kitchen staff, sales team, and front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service delivery.
