Receptionist Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced receptionist to join our team in Ramsgate. As a receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for clients and visitors, providing a warm and welcoming environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service and respond to inquiries in a professional and friendly manner
  • Manage front desk operations, including answering phones, handling mail and packages, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and workflow
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, as required

Requirements:

  • Previous receptionist experience is essential
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
  • Confident on the phone
  • Professional and friendly demeanour
