Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and physically fit individual to join our team as a Postal Delivery Worker. This role involves delivering mail and parcels to customers in the Banff area, requiring good time management and organisational skills.

Responsibilities:
  • Mail Sorting and Collection: Sort and collect post/parcels from the local delivery office, ensuring timely delivery to customers.
  • Customer Interactions: Provide excellent customer service by capturing customer signatures for deliveries, handling queries and concerns.
  • Mileage and Safety: Maintain accurate records of daily mileage, adhering to safe and responsible driving practices while working outdoors in various weather conditions.

The successful candidate will possess a valid UK driving license with a maximum of 6 points, with previous delivery or driving experience being desirable. Strong communication and customer service skills are essential, as well as a commitment to delivering excellent results in a fast-paced environment. The estimated salary for this role is £16.83 - £18.33 per hour, based on location and experience.
