About the RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic individual to join our Concierge Team at the prestigious Culloden Estate and Spa. As a Concierge Ambassador, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service, ensuring a memorable experience for our valued customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome guests to the hotel, providing a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
- Assist guests with information on hotel facilities, services, and local attractions, making recommendations to enhance their stay.
- Arrange tickets, bookings, and reservations as required, ensuring seamless execution.
- Provide guests with maps, brochures, and other literature relevant to the area.
- Be aware of all hotel services and proactively promote these to guests, driving revenue growth.
- Ensure the secure handling, storage, and delivery of guest luggage to the correct destination.
- Offer a guest car parking valet service, providing a convenient and hassle-free experience.
- Assist guests with any reasonable request for hotel services, demonstrating a commitment to excellence.
- Ensure all equipment and materials are used correctly, reporting any issues promptly.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to maintain a harmonious working environment, fostering a culture of respect and dignity.
- Maintain the security of guest property and storage areas at all times, immediately reporting any breaches.
- Comply with all health, safety, and hygiene policies and procedures, upholding the highest standards.
- Respond to guest complaints and concerns, finding solutions and reporting to the Head Concierge/Duty Manager.
- Perform any other duties as required by management, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.About You
We are looking for an individual with a passion for delivering exceptional guest service, a keen eye for detail, and excellent communication skills. Previous experience in a similar role is desirable, but not essential. If you are a team player with a positive attitude and a commitment to excellence, we encourage you to apply.
Requirements:
- Right to work in the United Kingdom.
- GCSE standard or equivalent with grades A-C in English and Maths.
- Full clean driving license with no penalty points.
- Good communication and basic numeracy skills.
- Smart, well-groomed appearance is essential.

- Ability to work well under pressure and as part of a team.
