About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic individual to join our Concierge Team at the prestigious Culloden Estate and Spa. As a Concierge Ambassador, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service, ensuring a memorable experience for our valued customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome guests to the hotel, providing a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
  • Assist guests with information on hotel facilities, services, and local attractions, making recommendations to enhance their stay.
  • Arrange tickets, bookings, and reservations as required, ensuring seamless execution.
  • Provide guests with maps, brochures, and other literature relevant to the area.
  • Be aware of all hotel services and proactively promote these to guests, driving revenue growth.
  • Ensure the secure handling, storage, and delivery of guest luggage to the correct destination.
  • Offer a guest car parking valet service, providing a convenient and hassle-free experience.
  • Assist guests with any reasonable request for hotel services, demonstrating a commitment to excellence.
  • Ensure all equipment and materials are used correctly, reporting any issues promptly.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to maintain a harmonious working environment, fostering a culture of respect and dignity.
  • Maintain the security of guest property and storage areas at all times, immediately reporting any breaches.
  • Comply with all health, safety, and hygiene policies and procedures, upholding the highest standards.
  • Respond to guest complaints and concerns, finding solutions and reporting to the Head Concierge/Duty Manager.
  • Perform any other duties as required by management, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.About You

    We are looking for an individual with a passion for delivering exceptional guest service, a keen eye for detail, and excellent communication skills. Previous experience in a similar role is desirable, but not essential. If you are a team player with a positive attitude and a commitment to excellence, we encourage you to apply.

    Requirements:

    • Right to work in the United Kingdom.
    • GCSE standard or equivalent with grades A-C in English and Maths.
    • Full clean driving license with no penalty points.
    • Good communication and basic numeracy skills.
    • Smart, well-groomed appearance is essential.
    • Excellent attention to detail.
    • Ability to work well under pressure and as part of a team.
