Real Estate Finance Solicitor Opportunity

Bridge Legal is seeking an experienced Real Estate Finance Solicitor to join their commercial property team. This is a full-time role with some flexibility on location, including working from home on some days.

About the Role

As a Real Estate Finance Solicitor, you will be responsible for managing a broad and varied range of real estate finance and real estate transactions. This will include liaising with other team members and co-ordinating advice from other practice areas and departments.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Drafting and negotiating transaction documents, including security documents, corporate authorisations, commercial leases, and agreements for lease.
  • Carrying out due diligence, such as reviewing and reporting on title, planning, and searches, and preparing draft certificates and overview reports.
Requirements

The successful applicant will have a minimum of 4yrs+ PQE, gained in real estate and real estate finance at a recognised firm. This is a client-facing role, so you must be comfortable interacting with clients.

The role is full-time, with some flexibility on location. The majority of the team is based in the firm's Hertfordshire office, and the post holder will need to be present in that office at least two days a week. There is also a possibility of one day a week in the firm's London (City) office.
