Reed Practice is currently working with a top 20 accountancy firm that is seeking a highly skilled corporate tax senior to join their team.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Process and review corporate tax returns, ensuring compliance with agreed service and quality standards.
- Manage a diverse portfolio of corporate tax clients, including owner-managed businesses and larger UK corporates.
- Assist with ongoing HMRC corporate tax investigations and R&D tax relief claims.
- Collaborate with group companies and handle corporate tax contract assignments.
- Develop tax-efficient structures and assist with reorganizations for tax planning purposes.
- Liaise directly with clients regarding corporate tax matters, providing expert advice and guidance.
**Requirements:**
- Previous experience in a similar role within a practice environment.
