As a Sales Manager at Listers, you will play a key role in driving sales performance and improving customer satisfaction in Northampton. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your leadership skills and contribute to the success of our business.

About the Role

  • Lead a developing sales team and achieve agreed sales targets for new and used cars.
  • Support the sales team in daily operations, including customer contact, sales funnel management, deal building and closing, professional vehicle preparation, and maintaining accurate customer data.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales performance and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports on sales activities and customer data.
  • Work closely with the sales team to achieve their monthly KPIs for unit sales, profit per unit, finance penetration, and add-on products.

About You

  • A proven track record of delivering outstanding sales results and exceptional customer satisfaction.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • A strong understanding of the automotive industry and its trends.

Salary and Benefits
