**About the Role**

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Shift/Floor Manager to join our team at Tim Hortons. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for leading a dynamic team and ensuring exceptional customer service in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service in all areas of restaurant operations, ensuring a positive experience for every guest.
  • Team Leadership: Support the Restaurant Manager in leading a high-performing team, providing guidance, coaching, and feedback to ensure operational efficiency and excellence.
  • Performance Management: Conduct regular store walks, evaluate performance, and provide feedback to team members to drive sales and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Sales and Inventory Management: Analyze sales data, identify opportunities for growth, and implement strategies to increase sales and optimize inventory management.
  • Health and Safety: Maintain a safe and healthy work environment, ensuring compliance with food safety and health and safety standards.
  • Operational Excellence: Maintain high standards of cleanliness, food quality, and customer experience, ensuring a positive reputation for Tim Hortons.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a restaurant management role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to drive sales and improve operational efficiency.
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including early mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends.
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
