Key Responsibilities:- Meet and greet customers, actively engage, and promote health and fitness building rapport
- Work closely with club members to induct them on how to use the gym equipment
- Help provide detailed and achievable programs for clients
- Actively sell memberships for the club
- Complete regular maintenance checks and cleaning
- Teach and cover classes
- Prepare activity areas and equipment to meet the needs of the program
- Ensure equipment is at a first-class standard in safety and cleanliness
- Listen and respond to customers' requests
- Level 2 Gym Instructor award
- First Aid at work qualification
