About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Programme Manager to join our team at Capita Technology and Software Solutions (TSS). As a Programme Manager, you will be responsible for leading and directing a divisional programme of work, comprising interrelated projects or a large project with major sub-projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, direct, and coordinate activities to manage and implement interrelated projects from contract initiation to final operational stage.
  • Lead the programme team in determining business requirements and translating requirements into operational plans.
  • Determine, monitor, and review programme economics, including programme costs, operational budgets, staffing requirements, programme resources, and programme risk.
  • Ensure programme delivery and realisation of business benefits, informed by an awareness of current technical developments.
Requirements
  • Strong programme management experience, with Prince 2 certification or equivalent.
  • Core infrastructure experience, with proven project management and leadership skills.
  • Good knowledge of business analysis, budgeting, and resource allocation procedures.
  • Ability to command respect and create a sense of community amongst team members.
  • Able to gain SC clearance.
