This exciting role offers a comprehensive package, including a competitive salary, 5% retention bonus, and the opportunity to earn up to £45,650 in OTE. You'll also enjoy 25 days' holiday per annum, rising to 27 days with service, and access to a range of benefits, including a company laptop and mobile phone, health and wellbeing programme, and annual charity day.
Your New Role:- As a Clinical Assessor, you'll manage caseloads from end to end, delivering face-to-face and virtual assessments, telephone assessments, initial review calls, and paper-based reports.
- You'll assess the full range of health conditions and disabilities affecting claimants, including physical, sensory, mental, intellectual, and cognitive impairments.
- You'll have time built into your working rota for breaks, CPD, audit amendments, requesting and reviewing further evidence, and team meetings.
- Qualified Nurse, Mental Health Nurse, Occupational Therapist, Physiotherapist, or Paramedic.
- 1+ years post-qualification experience.
- Valid registration on NMC or HCPC without restrictions.
- Excellent communication skills and strong IT literacy.
