About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Deputy Site Manager to join our team at Employment Solutions Ltd. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the assembly, commissioning, testing, and maintenance of heavy machinery within a steel environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work in conjunction with another Site Manager to ensure the successful completion of projects within budget and reporting on site activities and issues.
  • Ensure management instructions are adhered to and maintain a high level of quality control.
  • Collaborate with the company's head office in Europe to ensure seamless project execution.
What We Offer

In return for your expertise and dedication, we offer a competitive salary of up to £80,000 per annum, plus a monthly accommodation allowance of £1,000. You will also receive a comprehensive pension scheme, 25 days' holiday, and a range of other benefits.
