Job Title: Maths Teacher

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Maths Teacher to join our team at a popular secondary school in Salford. The successful candidate will be required to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, delivering high-quality lessons to students and contributing to the development of the maths department.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver engaging and challenging maths lessons to students of various abilities
  • Develop and implement effective lesson plans, assessments, and evaluations
  • Provide constructive feedback and support to students to help them achieve their full potential
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement maths curriculum and resources
  • Participate in departmental meetings and contribute to the development of maths department policies and procedures
Requirements:
  • Secondary QTS (PGCE, SCITT, B.Ed, QTS, etc) in Maths
  • Previous experience working with young people
  • Experience of teaching in a Secondary School
  • Up-to-date Safeguarding training issued in the last year
  • Up-to-date Prevent awareness training issued in the last 3 years
  • Up-to-date FGM training
