Health & Safety Manager
**Job Summary**
Aspion is seeking a dynamic Health & Safety Manager to lead and manage the Health & Safety strategy across our multi-site business. This is an exciting opportunity to make a real impact by ensuring the safety and well-being of all employees through the implementation of effective safety practices, procedures, and compliance standards.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Develop, implement, and maintain Health & Safety policies and procedures across the company.
* Ensure compliance with all relevant Health & Safety regulations and standards, including ISO 45001.
* Conduct risk assessments, audits, and inspections, ensuring accurate record-keeping and compliance.
* Lead and coordinate Health & Safety representative meetings and training sessions.
* Advise management on legislative changes and best practices in Health & Safety.
* Oversee the coordination of First Aid and Fire Safety representatives across all sites.
* Oversee all aspects of health and safety, including risk assessments, procedures, and training across multiple sites.
**Requirements**
* Proven experience in a similar Health & Safety role, preferably across multiple sites.
* Qualification in Occupational Health & Safety (e.g., NEBOSH General Certificate).
* Strong knowledge of the Health & Safety at Work Act 1974 and associated legislation.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
* Experience in logistics, warehousing, and brewery environments.
**What We Offer**
* Competitive salary: GBP45,000 - GBP50,000 (Depending on Experience).
* Monday - Friday, 09:00.
