Maintenance and Repair Professional

We are recruiting for a Multiskilled Maintenance Technician to join our team at MDE Consultants Ltd in Oxfordshire. The successful candidate will be responsible for undertaking preventative maintenance, supporting operators to maximise productivity, and driving line performance.
The role involves working closely with the maintenance planning team and production engineering team to prioritise projects and initiatives to increase productivity and mean time between failures. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work effectively in a team environment, and have a strong understanding of electrical maintenance principles and practices.
The salary for this role is estimated to be around £52,000 per annum, depending on experience, and we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including paid holidays and training opportunities.
