Seat Unique is seeking an experienced Sales Growth Strategist to lead and expand our Manchester-based sales team. This is a key role in our international expansion plans, requiring a Sales Manager with invaluable industry experience, strong leadership skills, and a sales-driven attitude.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and expand the Manchester-based sales team to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Handle inbound sales enquiries and convert them into sales.
- Proactively identify and pursue new sales leads.
- Develop new business opportunities and close sales effectively.
- Proactively manage and build relationships with new clients for long-term satisfaction.
- Monitor and report on sales performance for senior leadership insights.
- Plan and execute sales activities to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Have a confident and professional phone manner.
- Communicate effectively with high-net-worth individuals and corporate clients.
- Represent Seat Unique with confidence.
- Maintain a strong sales-driven attitude to achieve and exceed sales targets.
We offer a competitive salary of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as excellent benefits and opportunities for career growth.
