Civil Engineering Professional

At Hunter Savage, we are seeking a highly skilled Senior Civil Engineer to oversee engineering management and supervision on diverse projects. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to grow within a company that values its employees and provides a supportive and engaging work environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage site-based staff, including Engineers, Apprentices, and Students.
- Supervise subcontractors and provide necessary instructions and support.
- Ensure project contract documentation is up-to-date.
- Maintain high compliance with health & safety, environmental, and quality standards.
- Manage and update construction programs and resource allocation.
- Ensure project completion meets specifications.
- Assist the QS team with project commercial aspects.
- Represent the business to clients and stakeholders, building and maintaining effective relationships.
- Extensive experience in Civil Engineering.
- Relevant qualification in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Familiarity with standard construction contracts (NEC, JCT, etc.).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Project.
- Experience with AutoCAD or similar software.
- Positive attitude, cooperative, and compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Valid driving license.
