We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Children's Support Worker to fill the position of Trainee Deputy Manager in our residential home in Taunton.

As a Trainee Deputy Manager, you will be part of a close-knit team working together to provide a safe, supportive and enabling environment for our residents. You will be responsible for supporting the manager and team in all aspects of the day-to-day operations, including managing staff teams, budgets and ensuring the quality of the services provided meets expected care standards.

About the Role:

  • Estimated Salary: £27,500 - £29,500 per annum (based on location and experience)
  • Location: Taunton, Somerset
  • Contract: Full-time, Permanent
  • Hours: 40 hours per week
