Automotive Manufacturing Project Manager

Nicholas Associates is seeking a highly skilled Manufacturing Project Manager to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:- Project Planning and Execution: Develop and execute project plans, ensuring timely completion of small, medium, and large projects.
- Communication and Collaboration: Serve as the primary point of contact between clients, engineering teams, and external suppliers, fostering smooth communication and alignment on project goals.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, design, procurement, quality assurance, and production teams to ensure project milestones are achieved.
- Risk Management: Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
- Financial Management: Manage project budgets, monitor spending, and report on financial performance against projections.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure that all projects comply with industry regulations and company standards, maintaining a high level of quality in all deliverables.
- Project Timelines: Develop and maintain detailed project timelines, tracking progress and making adjustments as necessary to meet deadlines.
- Process Improvement: Implement process improvements to increase efficiency, quality, and profitability for future projects.
- Reporting: Prepare and present regular status reports to senior management and other stakeholders.
- Requirements: 5 years of experience in Automotive or similar Engineering manufacturing role, recognized Project Management certification (Prince2/PMI etc).
