About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Fabric Engineer Apprentice to join our team in Hampshire, England. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing production equipment, ensuring maximum availability and reliability.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintenance and repair of production equipment
  • Ensuring equipment availability and reliability
  • Carrying out machine inspections and maintaining records
  • Complying with health and safety regulations
  • Participating in equipment installation and commissioning
  • Conducting routine preventative maintenance
  • Liaising with external equipment suppliers
  • Training and mentoring junior engineering staff
Requirements
  • Relevant engineering qualifications or mindset
  • Foundational understanding of FMCG manufacturing processes
  • Solid experience in equipment maintenance and repair
  • Familiarity with health and safety regulations
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and inquisitive nature
  • Ability to work well in a team environment and communicate effectively
What We Offer
  • Competitive salary range of around £40,500 - £49,500 per annum
  • Work-life-balance with average start/end times of 8-4 PM
