About the Role:

  • The successful candidate will lead UX Discovery and Definition phases, ensuring a deep understanding of user experience principles and best practices for website design.
  • You will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing comprehensive user experience strategies for our clients, working closely with various teams to develop integrated plans that meet client objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analytical reviews and investigations to understand onsite user behavior using self-serve basic web analytics in GA4.
  • Comprehensive IA evaluations and content audits to ensure optimal organisation and structure of website information.
  • Evaluation of websites and experiences against interaction design best practices, including mobile, accessibility, and persuasion factors.
  • Collaboration with SEO teams to align content strategies with search optimisation best practices.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in User Research and Information Architecture for website design and development.
  • Proven track record of delivering User Research, Information Architecture, and UX Design for website builds.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and SharePoint, along with relevant research, analytics, and design tools.

Salary: £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
