About the Role

At Asda Opticians, we prioritize the health and wellbeing of our customers, delivering high-quality patient care and service. Our extended service contracts with the NHS enable us to provide a wide range of care for eye conditions, and we support our Optometrists in gaining additional accreditations as needed.

We are passionate about providing our Optometrists with comprehensive training to enhance their skills and meet the evolving eye care needs of our customers. Our in-store, regional, and home office teams offer full support for clinical and service-based queries.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality patient care and service
  • Contribute to the development of new patient services and shape the culture of the department
  • Use clinical skills and passion for the role to deliver a memorable customer experience
  • Meet the statutory points requirement for CPD
  • Be registered with the GOC and NHS area team or health board
