Maintenance Technician

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team at Adecco UK Limited. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our properties by performing routine maintenance tasks, repairs, and installations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, including installation of furniture, lights, and home appliances.
  • Liaise with cleaning companies to ensure end-of-tenancy cleans are arranged and performed to standard.
  • Inspect properties after and before tenants arrive to identify any maintenance issues.
  • Conduct repairs as needed, including carpentry, handyman tasks, and light painting tasks.
  • Troubleshoot and repair issues where possible, and arrange specialist repairs when necessary.
  • Conduct inspections and provide a snag list for apartments.
  • Liaise with contractors on maintenance tasks that require specialized expertise.
  • Assist guests with maintenance and technical issues to ensure a positive guest experience.
  • Deliver missing items to clients, such as glassware, lighting, and small appliances.
  • Update the Operations Manager on the status of tasks.

Candidate Specifications/Requirements:

  • Valid UK driving license.
  • Experience working as a general maintenance or repairs technician.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Great problem-solving skills and flexibility.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Positive and proactive team player.
