Construction Laborer

We are seeking a reliable and skilled Construction Laborer to join our team at C S Phillips Property Developments Ltd. This is a full-time opportunity for individuals with experience in manual labor and attention to detail.

About the Job:

This role involves contributing to various construction projects, performing tasks such as site preparation, material handling, and assisting skilled tradespeople.

Key Responsibilities:

• Site preparation and maintenance
• Material handling and transportation
• Assisting skilled tradespeople on-site

Requirements:

• Relevant experience in laboring
• Thorough attention to detail
• Basic knowledge of maths
• General knowledge of building and construction practices
• A valid CSCS card
• UTR number
• Public liability insurance
• Clean driving license and owned vehicle

Working Conditions:
