The WSH Support Office is seeking a skilled Financial Reconciliation Specialist to join our centralised finance function. As a key member of the WSH Billings & Collection team, you will be responsible for raising invoices across 23 legal entities, processing approximately 10,000 invoices per month, and collecting around £100 million per month. Your duties will include:

  • Accurately inputting data onto the system for invoices, credits, and payments.
  • Setting up accounts and performing necessary checks.
  • Responding to emails within agreed timeframes.
  • Electronic document retention.
  • Ensuring all month-end processes are completed within preset timeframes.
  • Account reconciliations.
  • Processing credit card payments in line with credit card compliance.
  • Processing refund requests and seeking suitable approvals.
  • Identifying and escalating risks as appropriate.

Key qualifications for this role include:

  • Experience in a finance team is desirable but not essential.
  • Clear and concise written and verbal communication.
  • Ability to work under pressure with a positive and flexible approach.
  • Ability to retain account knowledge.
  • GDPR awareness.
  • Knowledge and understanding of business timetables.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel, and basic accounting knowledge.
  • Maintaining records accurately.
  • Understanding remittance advices.
