The WSH Support Office is seeking a skilled Financial Reconciliation Specialist to join our centralised finance function. As a key member of the WSH Billings & Collection team, you will be responsible for raising invoices across 23 legal entities, processing approximately 10,000 invoices per month, and collecting around £100 million per month. Your duties will include:
- Accurately inputting data onto the system for invoices, credits, and payments.
- Setting up accounts and performing necessary checks.
- Responding to emails within agreed timeframes.
- Electronic document retention.
- Ensuring all month-end processes are completed within preset timeframes.
- Account reconciliations.
- Processing credit card payments in line with credit card compliance.
- Processing refund requests and seeking suitable approvals.
- Identifying and escalating risks as appropriate.
Key qualifications for this role include:
- Experience in a finance team is desirable but not essential.
- Clear and concise written and verbal communication.
- Ability to work under pressure with a positive and flexible approach.
- Ability to retain account knowledge.
- GDPR awareness.
- Knowledge and understanding of business timetables.
- Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel, and basic accounting knowledge.
- Maintaining records accurately.
- Understanding remittance advices.
