Job Description:
The Senior Finance Assistant will play a vital role in supporting the finance team of 10, providing administrative assistance with accounts payable, accounts receivable, treasury, and head of finance tasks. This is a broad role that offers a variety of tasks every day, allowing the right person to take ownership and make a real impact.

This newly created position will bridge the gaps between different departments, ensuring seamless communication and financial accuracy. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in finance, strong communication skills, and expertise in Microsoft Excel, particularly V-Lookups. Immediate availability is a must.

Key Responsibilities:
* Providing support to the accounts payable team, including processing invoices, payment runs, and ensuring sufficient funds for payment runs.
* Assisting the accounts receivable team with raising invoices, reconciling bank statements, and cash allocation.
* Supporting treasury with reconciliation and cash-flow tasks.
* Collaborating with the head of finance on month-end tasks, such as preparing reports, cash-flow analysis, and balance sheet reconciliations.
