Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a multi-disciplinary team to provide high-quality patient care and treatment
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve patient outcomes and service delivery
  • Collaborate with other clinical teams to ensure seamless pathways between wards and services

Requirements:

  • MRCPsych or equivalent qualification
  • CCT in Forensic Psychiatry, Old Age Psychiatry, or General Adult Psychiatry
  • Proven leadership and management experience in a clinical setting
