We invite applications for a Locum Consultant position in Neurosciences and Trauma Intensive Care Medicine with Anaesthesia at Addenbrooke's Hospital, Cambridge.

This is an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic 27-bed neurosciences and trauma critical intensive care unit (NCCU), which admits over 1500 patients per year primarily following major trauma and neurosciences pathologies.

Main Responsibilities:
  • To provide high-quality patient care and contribute to the development of the NCCU team
  • To collaborate with colleagues from various specialties to deliver comprehensive care to critically ill patients
  • To participate in research and educational activities within the department and the wider Cambridge Biomedical Campus
Requirements:
  • Fully registered with the GMC
  • CCT in Intensive Care Medicine and Anaesthetics or within six months of award at the time of interview
  • Demonstrable skills in English language to enable effective communication with patients and colleagues
