Job Overview

We are looking for an accomplished Assistant Manager to join our Cheltenham store team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, improving operational efficiency, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Accountabilities
  • Drive sales growth by developing and implementing strategies to meet and exceed targets.
  • Lead the sales team to achieve outstanding results, focusing on customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Collaborate with the Store Manager to manage inventory, maintain accurate records, and minimize losses.
Qualifications and Experience
  • At least 2 years of retail management experience, preferably with a luxury brand.
  • Demonstrated ability to coach and develop sales teams, fostering a culture of excellence and teamwork.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications and retail systems.
